With further purpose to unite the Lodges of the State of Nevada of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America and the members thereof in closer bonds of good fellowship and fraternity, to protect and promote the interests of the Order within the State of Nevada; and to regulate its internal affairs consistent with the Constitution and Status of the Order under the supervision of the Grand Lodge of the Order; and to further the welfare and common good of the Lodges of the Order in the State of Nevada.

The Association is governed by an elected President, President-Elect, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, five Trustees and five appointed Officers, along with the Advisory Council consisting of the Past State Presidents.
